The guarantee

60 days, action-based.

Do the work in Modules 1–3 — fill the Niche Scorecard, run the Profit Calculator, complete the Pricing Worksheet — and if you don’t end up with a clear, defensible answer to “what should I sell, and at what price,” show us your worksheets and we’ll refund you in full. We stand behind clarity and a sound foundation — not a dollar figure. Nobody can guarantee you a dollar figure, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Straight answers

Will Maker to Market make me money?
Honestly, we don't know — and anyone who promises a number is guessing. The program removes the most common reasons botanical side-incomes never start: the wrong niche, prices that secretly lose money, fear of rules that mostly don't apply, and no plan for customers who aren't friends or family. It can't control whether you do the work. We promise a sound foundation and a refund if doing the work doesn't give you one. CopperHolic sells equipment and education and does not guarantee any income.
Do I need a still or distilling experience to use it?
Yes. Maker to Market is the business layer on top of an existing craft — it assumes you already make a clean, consistent hydrosol or essential oil. It is not a how-to-distill course; that knowledge lives in the included Distiller's Archive.
Does selling hydrosols or essential oils in the US require FDA registration?
It depends on what you sell and your size. A hydrosol or essential oil applied to the body to cleanse, scent or beautify is regulated as a cosmetic under US law. Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA), most very small makers qualify for a small-business exemption from facility registration and product listing — generally if average annual US gross cosmetic sales over the prior three years are under $1,000,000 and you don't make certain carve-out products. That exemption covers registration, listing and Good Manufacturing Practice only; even exempt makers must still keep safety-substantiation records, use compliant labeling, and meet adverse-event reporting. Module 5 walks through all of it. This is general information, not legal advice — confirm current rules at FDA.gov.
How is Maker to Market different from the Distiller's Archive?
No overlap, by design. The Distiller's Archive is the making half — technique, yield, 42 plant datasheets, recipes and ownership law. Maker to Market is the selling half — niche selection, pricing for profit, US selling-law, branding, sales channels, customers and scaling. The Archive is included with Maker to Market, so you get both.
What does Maker to Market cost and what's included?
It is a one-time $300, or $240 when you add it to a CopperHolic still (20% comes off automatically at checkout). That includes lifetime access, the seven-module program, live profit and niche-scoring tools, the Distiller's Archive, a 60-day action-based guarantee, and free updates as US compliance rules change. There is no subscription.
