Wholesale & Stockist Program
For Trade Partners
Hand-hammered copper alembic stills, sourced from master coppersmiths and reserved for shops, schools, retreats, distilleries, and studios who carry the brand as a centerpiece — not a commodity.
Who We Partner With
A handful of stockists who match the craft.
Herbalism & Aromatherapy Schools
Equip your distillation labs with the same tool used by graduates in the field. CopperHolic stills appear in workshops at herbal medicine programs and certified aromatherapy curricula.
Boutique Retail & Apothecaries
Garden centers, wellness retailers, and luxury kitchen stores carrying CopperHolic as a focal piece. High perceived value, displays beautifully, returns near zero.
Retreat & Wellness Centers
Hydrosol and essential-oil workshops as a premium guest offering. The 5-litre and 5-gallon sizes are scoped for retreat groups of 4–20 participants.
Small Distilleries & Perfumeries
Craft distillers, niche perfume houses, and botanical extract makers who use copper for cleaner aromatic profiles. The 10-gallon handles small commercial batches.
Lavender Farms & Growers
Farm-to-bottle producers turning rose, lavender, and rosemary crops into shelf-stable hydrosols and essential oils with their own equipment.
Skincare & Candle Studios
Indie skincare and natural cosmetics makers distilling proprietary hydrosols and botanical extracts as signature ingredients in their product lines.
The Partnership
What carrying CopperHolic means.
01
Allocation, not access
We produce in small batches at the coppersmith's pace, not at retail demand's. Stockists receive reserved allocation across all three sizes — confirmed before each batch ships, not first-come-first-served.
02
Retail integrity preserved
CopperHolic holds retail price across every channel. Your customers see the same value online as in your shop. No race-to-the-bottom, no MAP enforcement headaches — the price is the price.
03
Direct line, no queue
A dedicated contact for restocks, repairs, and technical questions. Trade orders flow through a separate channel — never mixed with consumer support.
04
Co-marketing & exposure
A featured listing on copperholic.com directs prospective buyers to your storefront. Joint workshop announcements, press tie-ins, and social co-promotion are part of the relationship.
05
Custom finish on request
Hand-engraving and co-branded recipe cards available for stocking partners — useful for retail-floor differentiation, gift programs, or curriculum kits.
06
Sample & display units
A unit for your retail floor or curriculum lab before the first stocking order. Returned in good condition or credited toward your opening order.
"We hold our prices because we hold our craft. Partners who carry CopperHolic are partners who lead with story, not with sale stickers."

Frequently Asked
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
No. CopperHolic holds retail pricing across every channel — your shop, our website, Amazon, Etsy. We won't undermine partners by discounting in one channel and not another. The value of a CopperHolic partnership is allocation, co-marketing, and curated retail presence — not margin from a markdown.
Is there a minimum stocking commitment?
We work case-by-case rather than enforcing a one-size-fits-all minimum. A herbalism school's first stocking order looks different from a luxury retailer's. Tell us your scenario and we'll align on a reasonable opening commitment.
How do you decide who to partner with?
By fit, not volume. We look at whether your audience overlaps with ours (botanical, artisan, premium home), how you'd present the brand in your space (display, story, staff training), and whether you carry adjacent products at similar quality tiers. We curate to keep the partner network premium.
Can you ship to international partners?
Our default fulfillment is U.S. domestic. International partnerships (Canada, UK, EU, Australia) are reviewed individually — typically you'd arrange your own freight forwarder from our U.S. fulfillment center. Mention your country in your inquiry and we'll confirm what's possible.
What about custom engraving or co-branding?
Hand-engraving and co-branded recipe cards are available for stocking partners committing to multi-unit orders. Sample first, then production — we'll show you the finish before you commit. Lead time extends 4–6 weeks for engraved units.
What are the payment terms?
New stocking partners prepay the first one or two orders. Partners with a verified business history can qualify for net-30 terms after that. We're a small artisan operation — terms are discussed candidly.
What's the lead time on a stocking order?
Standard stock units typically ship 1–2 weeks from order confirmation; custom-engraved or larger orders run 4–6 weeks. We confirm the actual ship window before you commit to the order.
