How this is calculated
Oil yield is your plant mass multiplied by the published yield range for that species, capped at the working charge your still can physically hold. Dried material is converted to a fresh-weight equivalent before the yield is applied, because published yields are quoted against fresh mass.
Hydrosol volume is driven by the still's condenser throughput rather than by plant mass, adjusted by how freely each species gives up its aromatic water. Run times assume a gentle simmer rather than a hard boil, which is what you want for aromatics.
Yield ranges are wide on purpose. Real output moves with harvest timing, weather, how long the material was wilted, and how patiently you run the still. Treat the low end as your planning number.
