Shipping Policy

Effective 4 September 2026. This page summarises how CopperHolic ships. The binding terms are our Shipping Policy.

Free US shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no flat fee. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our US stock within 1 to 2 business days. During peak season (November to December) processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, so most orders are delivered 3 to 7 business days after purchase. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reply to your order confirmation email and we will send it directly.

Delivery and signature

A signature may be required for higher-value deliveries. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
