Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (November–December), processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders over $300 due to signature requirements.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $300; otherwise, a flat fee applies.
  • Expedited & Express Shipping: Flat fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
  • You can track your package using our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Delivery & Signature

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • A signature may be required for deliveries over $500.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Address changes after placing an order may incur a fee and delay shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@copperholic.com.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may have already been processed.

Holiday Shipping

  • We do not ship on major U.S. holidays. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday periods.
  • Holiday shipping deadlines and cutoffs will be posted on our website during November–December.
