You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
📦 Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All included parts and accessories must be returned.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
🚚 Free Return Shipping (USA)
We offer free return shipping for all orders within the United States.
Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@copperholic.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original parts and accessories.
- Affix the prepaid return label and write the RMA number clearly on the outside.
- Drop the package at the nearest carrier location as instructed.
💳 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.
- We’ll notify you by email once your return is processed.
🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above.
- Once we receive your return, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

- Items missing components not due to our error
